Generally p90x classic schedule is considered as a program which requires high level of training. So if you want to start this program for staying fit, then have to determine your status on the fitness meter. You have to have certain level of fitness before you start using this program. It requires intense training and that to at least six days a week. If you are not able to maintain the exercise schedule given in this program, then you will not be awarded all the benefits of the program. So my suggestion for you would be, if you want to start this exercise schedule then, you first visit your family physician. He will tell you your current fitness status. He will also tell you whether you are in shape of starting such vigorous training program. Just starting this program will not help you achieve your goal; you will have to be able to complete all the exercises schedules in this program.
